    Your booking includes a guided Aqua Yoga session on floating boards and an immersive RÜFÜS DU SOL inspired melodic techno experience. Each batch is intentionally limited to just 6 participants.
    Aqua Yoga takes traditional yoga-inspired movement onto floating boards in the pool. The movement of the water adds a playful balance challenge while creating a completely different way to flow, breathe and move.
    This edition brings Aqua Yoga together with melodic techno and the sounds of RÜFÜS DU SOL. The music becomes part of the flow, creating an immersive session built around movement, rhythm and water.
    No prior yoga or Aqua Yoga experience is required. The session is guided throughout and designed to be approachable for beginners while still giving you a fun balance and movement challenge.
    You should be comfortable being in and around a swimming pool. The yoga itself takes place on floating boards, and you'll receive guidance throughout the session.
    Come in swimwear or activewear suitable for water. We recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes for after your session.
